I've always been dedicated to using Warmoth maple necks so this build was my first time to use Canary as a neck wood. Besides, it was the only CBS Pro Construction neck in the showcase with a beefy 59 Round-back profile, ebony board, 1 11/16" nut. Photos cannot do the guitar justice.
The 4 lb. Alder body is a 95% one piece Hefner 3-Bolt 70s style painted by me using Nitro Vintage Cream AKA Banana Pudding. Pickups are Fralin Hybrid Blues Specials mounted to a Fender Engine Turned Pick Guard, 5 position switch, Guenther jack plate, bridge is a Fender 57/62 Hardtail, tuners are always Vintage Kluson, nut is Tusq and strings are GHS Nickel Rockers. The Pro Construction neck is attached to the 3-Bolt body with a ProAttach Kit. Steel inserts and 8-32 oval head stainless screws replaced the two upper 1 3/4" wood screws. Inserts are highly recommended when using a wood like Canary. Actually inserts add horsepower and a little sugar to the mix.
Prior to applying finish setup calculations were made and the neck pocket was lowered .030 inch. The mod on this particular body positioned the bridge saddles and adjustment screws at a height which IMO is the sweet spot for the Fender USA 57/62 bridge when using 6105 SS Frets; height adjustment screws should show one full thread above G & D saddles. ( Pocket modification not recommended for neck pockets with proof-marks, inspector stamps or is it to be confused with the .720 modification, etc.)

Ya know the three bolt construction is so underated, its neck tilting mecanizm (if that's how you spell it!  :icon_biggrin) works better than the new micro tilt. (In my opinion)

Hi HMstratocaster, Due to truss rod design Pro Construction necks will not accept Micro-Tilt hardware. The Pro Construction Canary neck pictured is attached to the 3-Bolt Micro-Tilt body using a kit called "ProAttach." The kit makes it possible to attach a Pro Construction neck to a 3-Bolt Micro-Tilt Strat or a 3-Bolt Tele Deluxe body. ProAttach is available on eBay, check it out. NovasScootYa.

Wow dude. Really really liking it. I've wanted to do a build sorta like that for a while. Yours turned out amazing.
