Here is one for my monday-mood...!

A total of 15 or so hours on a train almost drove me mad this weekend, but it was worth it to see porcupine tree live for the second time! Perfect show, just perfect. Inspiring...

Title; I don't like mondays either!

Gear used;

- Monday
- Morning
- Eyesight (blurry)
- Hands (shaking)
- Brain (emergency power)
- 3 cups of coffee, 150% strength (did not help the shaking of the hands, but improved vision significantly)
- Snus (kind of chewing tobacco, except you don't chew it:P crazy scandinavians....) - did also not help the shaking of the hands, but improved mood significantly!
- Some guitar-stuff I could never fit into a song
- Warmoth VIP > POD X3 Live > Presonus Firepod > Reaper

Hope you like it! Welcome to my wierd monday-world.

Thanks for the reminder...

This is part of an instrumental I put together this past summer...

Warmoth maple 24 (SS 6115) fret neck, Wizard back
Warmoth alder body
Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro in the neck position
Boss pedals (Metal Zone and Super Chorus)
Carvin SX-300 amp (mic'ed)
Apple Logic Express...

The server wouldn't allow me to embed the audio (even though it's only 1 MB), so I just linked it below...

Cool clip, I hear a lot of Tony MacAlpine in your lead lick , especially closer to the end.

What the hell... Can't attach it, here's a link: http://jackthehack.com/BluesInDee.mp3

30 bonus points if you can identify the origin of the backing track....

In response to a PM, that clip is this guitar on neck pickup only: http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=236.0 into an Xotic BB pedal into a Fender Blues Deluxe with a Celestion Vintage 30 upgrade, after  watching some documentary on Howling Wolf and thinking that if I got drunk enough I could sound something like that and drinking two bottles of Bordeux
