Nice. I applaud your decision to go sans pickguard, it’s a nice blend of LP and Fender influences.

From Warmoth! The color is Gold top gold! Very close to the gold that Gibson uses

Thanks! I am thinking of building a Regal with Mahagony body, not sure of lam top, with an Indian Rosewood Neck, and using Throbak Kossof pickups in to try to do a LP like build. I was leaning towards walnut lam top with clear finish, but the gold top does look tempting also.
