Can anybody please tell me what value pots and capacitor are used in an American Fender Telecaster Bass? It's the 3 bolt model with the BIG humbucker at the end of the fingerboard.

Here's how the padouk/walnut LPS worked out. The pickguard wasn't a popular idea with the forum but the guy who owns it loves it and that's what counts. :headbang:

Body..LPS flat top, walnut with maple pinstripe and padouk top. Neck..padouk/ebony std thin. It'sgonna have 2 'buckers and a whammy bar. Pics in 4-6weeks  :sad:

My next build is going to be a carved top LPS. What sort of tremolo (non locking type) would you put on it? I like the 6 hole vintage trem from W but they don't work with carved tops. How about a Wilkinson?............any thoughts? :icon_scratch: it's gonna be a righty this time BTW...

The neck got here this morning, hopefully the body will arrive soon. As you can see, the box did the job and my all Pau ferro neck made it to Australia without any drama. It's going on a one piece swamp ash body.                                                         BTW.  I ordered this...

The body is at stage two of its journey. I sanded off the black grainfiller this morning. I might do a bit of  "fence painting" tomorrow and see if I can jag a nice transluscent color for it. It's great fun not having a clue how it's going to turn out :tard:

This arrived this morning. The body has front, rear and neck heel contours. The neck is all rosewood, standard thin and has an amazing red slash right down the fingerboard. Wish it was a lefty!

Bubinga on Bubinga, 1 11/16" graphite nut, Variax headstock, 6130 frets, abalone dots and boat contour......lurverlee!!!!! It got here an hour ago, now I'm sweating on the rest of it to arrive. It's going on a L5S body of Black Korina with a Koa top.

Has anybody used a warmoth mint pickguard? The whole mint thing is supposed to replicate the old white Fender guards that aged and went to snot but the warmoth color pop up on the site looks like pea soup. I'm hoping there's a pic out there that might give a truer indication.
