I have a Black Korina body to paint, it will be a transparent finnish, to me the pores in the wood look black, should I tint the grain filler black to maintain a natural look?

What size tips do you use on HVLP gravity feed guns for spraying nitro lacquer? I'm going to have to buy a gun, any suggestions? I think for guitars a smaller touch up gun should do the job, I can't imagine you would need any more paint that what will fit in a 125mL cup, I've been looking at...

Anyone have any experience with an HT-5R combo? I've read a few reviews and they all seem positive, does anyone have anything bad to say about them? I just want a practice amp and at the price these seem like a good thing.

Just received my GA/GA neck (It's beautiful btw), my other basses have all had rosewood fingerboards and I periodically oil them with lemon oil. would it be ok to coat the entire neck front and back in a coat of this to smooth out the raw timber feel a little bit?
