Greetings, Here are some other pics of the neck. Its about 95% completed now.I am really starting to like how this is coming out. Never knew burnishing could be so much fun to do. I sat in the back yard and watched our dogs play while I did this. Made for a fun afternoon. Thanks.

Greetings, Got the Gecko 6 neck burnished finally. I started at 320 grit ended with 12000 grit. Really made it super smooth. I have never done this before so it was a really neat challenge for me. I will do this from now on. Thanks

Bagman67, Agree on the tinting aspect of tru oil. I have used this on two other builds I have done. I liked the looks of them when they were done. Not for sure if I want to go this route this time. The poly idea sounds interesting. But the last time I used poly on something it turned yellow...

Greetings, As I wait for Gecko 6 to show, figured I better gets some ideas going. I would really like to hand rub a finish on this. What are some thoughts and suggestions? I thought about tru oil but I don't really want to darken it too much. Thanks
