Installing Grover 143c4 tuners question

I am installing these tuners on a warmoth neck. I have two questions the first is when i install the sleeve that threads onto the tuner into the hole there is a little play is that ok. The second question is I need to drill two location holes in the neck for each tuner. Does anyone know if there is a template available online.
