urgent: need epoxy equivalent for cloth

Hi, all.

My wife wife is on the front lines of this nasty virus in a medical capacity. Her old emergency stash of
N95 masks have useless straps due to age and poor storage conditions. Is there a bonding agent than can join cloth without hardening and tearing adjacent material?  Needs to be able to withstand some tension.

Shoe Goo should bond things to fabric with no problem. It's available at most hardware stores.

Might try a hot glue gun, but that is only a guess.  Thank your wife for her efforts in these troubling times.  They are all angels for the afflicted and their dedication is truly humbling.  God bless!

Another option might be old fashioned "rubber cement". Flexible and sticky as all get out.
