What exactly is the difference between "Hmbckr (Woodmt) (B)" and "Humbucker (brdg)" in the body builder section?

The plunge cuts, Woodmt means you can just screw the humbuckers too the wood without using Rings, and the I think brdg means brigde. Meaning it would have plunge cuts, so you will have to use rings, or plug the holes up.

Yep, woodmount means the pups mount directly to the wood. No trim rings.

The rout is the same shape, but a consistent depth, as mentioned, without the plunge cuts which would accommodate the long mounting screws that would normally go through the ears of the pickup.Patrick said:

I see. So if I'd go with mounting rings, I should choose the (brdg) and if I wanted them without rings, the (woodmt)?
