I always wanted one of those as well, but they quit making them before I could take advantage. Not gonna pay $550 for one, though.
 
Keep in mind that is not a double lam top, but the old school maple cap. Also includes pups and bridge.  A touch pricy maybe, but not ultra so.  Say 150 for the pups and bridge, so 400.  That was the going price for that body when it was available with that top construction.

Just checked the showcase.  The cheapest finished mahogany flame maple capped body (not in screaming deals which there was 1) is a Strat at 398.  And that's not a carve top.

Exactly, it's not overpriced. People expect to get Warmoth products for peanuts in the second market... :dontknow:
Finish + natural binding cost $270. Add the bridge + pickups + pots + knobs + neck plate & screws and you are almost getting a discontinued carved top body for free. As mentioned with a thick maple top, not with a DL.
On the other hand Reverb is versatile, anyone interested can message seller to buy only the body for a lower price.
