Very interested in getting a Player Series Telecaster, but would like to replace the saddles for the regular 3 brass saddles and Fender told me they didn't have a direct replacement. Does anyone know if such a replacement exist for this guitar?

Not the knob itself, but turning the knob on my push pull pot has barely any resistance to it. Is there a way to tweak that? The pots on my Ibanez AR2619 for example have that smooth, precise, almost elastic turn to them. I'd love for all my pots to turn this smoothly.
