This is one I would have to see in person... it almost looks as if it is......... ....... ......... ........ too much

It's just like the hotness of a girl, it's never TOO much :evil4:

Yeah, it's like looking at a well endowed woman and saying, "Her boobs are just too big!"

Well, there is a limit for that. On most girls, once you get past DD, well, she's probably kinda of a large woman.

Unless they're fake, in which case, they're icky anyway.  Anyways, to drag this thread back on track, the body came in today and is gorgeous.  No pics yet, but I will have a couple tomorrow.  I borrowed the neck off of my singer's MIM Tele, did a quicky setup, and played it tonight at my classic country duo gig.

It has a couple issues:  I don't think the Nocaster bridge pickup is wax potted.  It squealed something fierce when I first turned on my amp, and it wasn't set very loud at all.  I moved a couple feet away, and the problem disappeared, so all was well.  Second, it is wired up with 250k pots, so the neck pickup is awfully muddy by itself.  I know there is a mod with a resistor that you wire in with the humbucker that can give you a 500k load on the it while still retaining the 250k load for the bridge pickup.  I'm not 100% what value it is, or how to wire it up, so I'll have to look into that.  Third, I don't think I can live with the uncompensated 3 saddle bridge.  Either one string or the other is spot on perfect, or you have to split the difference, and it is just too off for me to put up with.  Other than that, it is quite lovely.  It weighs in at 4.1 pounds according to the penciled number in the neck pocket, and it feels just about the same weight as my strat (which was 4 pounds).  I promise I'll post pics and sound clips just as soon as I can, but I have a busy rest of the week ahead of me, so no promise on the sound clips.

So here are a couple photos, they're not great, but it was an overcast day.  I'll take better ones when the sun is shining.
